Study of Carrier injection light-emitting devices using D-A Pair phosphor

Abstract(in English) DC electroluminescent devices having stacked layers of D-A pair type phosphor thin films such as ZnS:Cu, Cl layers and p-type semiconductive thin films were fabricated in order to obtain an electroluminescence under low voltage drive. A weak electroluminescence was observed due to the carrier injection process. We discussed the behavior of the carrier, and design objectives of the EL devices were also investigated.
