Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this report, we introduce a living body localization method using bi-static MIMO (Multiple Input Multiple Output) radar in a multi-path environment. Living body directions from the transmitting and receiving antenna are estimated by the MUSIC (MUltiple SIgnal Classification) method, which uses the channel component influenced by the living body out of the Fourier transformed channel matrix. And living body locations are estimated by calculating the intersection point of two directions. From the experiment, the MIMO channel is measured with various positions of subjects in indoor environment. Inthe measurement results, it is shown that the location error in 90% value of CDF (Cumulative-Distribution-Function) is 0.32m when frequency range is set from 0.03Hz to 1.5Hz, and it is indicated that a living body location can be estimated with high accuracy even in a multipath environment.
