Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Electronic Navigation Research Institute (ENRI) has been conducting research and development about Ground-Based Augmentation System (GBAS). We designed and developed a GBAS prototype system by 2010, and installed at Kansai International Airport (KIX) in late 2010. So far, we have conducted long-term stability evaluation and flight evaluation. In collaboration with Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA), We conducted flight test using JAXA's experimental aircraft in December 2013. This paper describes evaluation results of comparison about formed course of GLS (GBAS Landing System) and ILS (Instrument Landing System).
