Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) TDOA (Time Difference of Arrival) positioning estimates positions of a target using arrival time differences of radio wave from the target. The TDOA is detected by four or more radio receiver stations located different places. To detect this TDOA, one receiver station has to be selected as a reference station. In the TDOA positioning, position accuracy varies depending on a constellation of receiver stations, even divergence arises. Also detection accuracy of TDOA differs with receiver stations. From these reasons, it is needed to clarify how to select a receiver station from a number of receiver stations. This paper describes that position accuracy of TDOA is not affected by how to select a reference station analytically, indicates evaluation results for the selection of a reference station by a simulation.
