Comparison of the Various Tracking Filters in the TOA Location System

Abstract(in English) In this paper, we discuss the various tracking method using the TOA (Time of Arrival) location system for a moving target with a transmission source. We report the results of the simulation for comparing the TOA tracking performance of an α-β filter, a linear least square method and a Kalman filter using an estimated 3-dimensional location of the target as the measurements. Furthermore, we propose a Kalman filter using the pseudo range vector as the measurements.
