Abstract(in English) An Mth power-law phase estimator using the Su-Wong-Ho filter; the optimal linear filter for symmetric Levy process phase noise, is proposed for optical M-PSK receivers, and is demonstrated experimentally in 20[Gbps] optical QPSK transmissions.
