Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Peak power cut is required for production systems. If the production line is suspended to keep power limitation, the process progress is delayed. But it is possible to suppress the delay of process progress by adjusting timing of operation of each device without stopping the production line. This paper describes the basic concept of flexible control of FA systems for peak power cut and process progress.
