Abstract(in English) | This paper describes a low-power-consumption D/A converter for wireless communications with digitally assisted analog technique. The technique can replace analog blocks with digital logic, which reduce power and size. The D/A converter uses Δ-Σ Modulator and digital pre-distortion logic to improve low power and high precision. Simulation and evaluation of FPGA demonstrate the effect of compensation for 3rd distortion and improvement of S/N ratio. |
