| 抄録(和) | 本研究では,思考スキルの学習環境の開発を通じて,医療者が医療サービスの設計・実施・分析・改善において発揮することが望まれる思考スキルの育成プログラムの作成を目指している.筆者らは,過去3年にわたり医療機関の協力を得て,ケースライティングとグループディスカッションからなる教育プログラムの開発を進めてきている.本稿では,その開発研究過程で得られた知見のうち,ケースライティングの学習を支援する学習環境「思知」の設計意図と医療現場での試用調査に焦点をあてて報告する. |
| 抄録(英) | In this research, through the development of a learning environment, we intend to create a program to foster thinking skills in medical professionals. These thinking skills are desired in medical professionals during the process of design, implementation, analyses, and amelioration within the medical services industry. In the past three years, we have expanded the research towards the development of an education program that consists of case writing and discussion in collaboration with medical institutions. In this paper, we focus on reporting the design intention, and in addition put forward the results of the case writing trials of the learning environment "Sizhi" within two major hospitals. |
