Abstract(in English) Progress of energy saving mind makes a force employing electrical equipment with inverter and converter circuits. The problems of telecommunication equipment appear according to the increase of the equipment because the signal using these circuits is several ten kHz. This report presents the CDN (Coupling Decoupling Network) which is used to evaluate the immunity of the telecommunication equipment, such as ADSL and VDSL, in this frequency range. Large decoupling impedance is needed to satisfy the requirement of CDN in this frequency range. Therefore, CDN in this report uses a transformer to achieve a large impedance of the decoupling circuit. The CDNs used for AC mains port, 2W line port, and LAN port were developed and measured the characteristics. The results showed that the CDNs satisfied the requirement used for more than 150 kHz in the frequency range from 1kHz to 1MHz. The immunity test of the VDSL equipment used in the home was performed using these CDNs. The CW wave and the artificial disturbance which was created from the measurement results were used as the disturbance sources. The result showed that the VDSL equipment had an immunity below 640 kHz which is lower than the frequency band used by VDSL signal and the immunity at the 2W line port is 1/2 compared to the immunity at the other ports.
