Abstract(in English) A measurement method of conducted emission in broadband especially up to 1 GHz using a TEM cell is proposed. The proposed method is considered as an alternative method of unsymmetical voltage between one mains line and the ground using V-type artificial mains network. Specifications of the measuring system are theoretically estimated. Conducted noise from commercially-available LED lamps is measured by a prototype of the measuring system.
