Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In analog-digital mixed circuit boards, power supply noises from the digital side to the analog side through GND layer is one of the problems. As one of the methods to reduce this noise, slot type GND layer is used. However, this method has problems. One of the problem is increasing the coupling from signal line is under. And impedance mismatch on slot line, and increasing the crosstalk from slot play a role coupling line. Therefore, we adjusted to slot vary shape. This method is simulated by three dimensional analysis.
