Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In database virtualization technology, the database of a different kind can be used as if it were a kind of database. However decline of execution efficiency is left as one of the research subjects. In improving the execution efficiency, it is necessary to measure the execution performance of the virtualization processes, especially in a distributed environment where multiple databases are connected via a network. In this study, we have designed and implemented the simulator for the execution efficiency measurement. This simulator measures the execution efficiency by calculating the processing time of virtualization processes, database processes and communication, and totaling them.
