Abstract(in English) On the assumption that Named Data Networking is used with ID-based Encryption (IBE), this paper proposes a mutual authentication protocol between a terminal and the network, as well as generation and mutual authentication procedures for each user ID at the registration process to a targeted application served by an application service provider. The proposed procedure has realized a distributed authentication that greatly simplifies the network / terminal authentication procedure of the current mobile phone network. Furthermore, the procedure for an application service is a natural extension of the authentication by a user ID and password pair, which is used now in service on the Internet.
