Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This study proposes an evaluation method with the path analysis to evaluate relationships between multiple QoS scales and QoE ones. This method can consider the TCP/IP layer model for a Web service. The authors study the effectiveness of their proposal by their experiments for three actual Web services. From experimental results, they assumed the models of three Web services and created path diagrams with high goodness of fit. The obtained path diagrams clarify the factors that influence the QoEs of those Web services and show effectiveness of the proposal method.
