| Abstract(in English) | Recently, the number of users that own plural communication terminals which can connect to the Internet in addition to PCs, has increased, because smart devices such as Android terminals or iPhones have spread widely. Due to the spread of the SNS, communication tools have also diversified. A user can select a tool from plural communication tools Therefore a user cannot take a quick and good communication only by using existing communication tool such as telephone or email.
