Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this presentation, I introduce a brief overview of our recent studies on nonlinear dynamics and network dynamics of mathematical models for socially important topics such as infectious diseases, electric power systems, and traffic flow. I also show that Boltzmann machines, a type of stochastic neural network model that can be applied to pattern recognition, can be implemented by nonlinear dynamics without any use of random numbers.
