| 抄録(和) | 現在,レビュー機能を導入するオンラインショップが多く存在する.投稿されたレビューに対してテキストマイニングを行うことで,商品に対する意見を知ることができ,店側の販売促進に繋げることができる.しかし,既存のテキストマイニング手法の研究は,商品に対して評価者全体の意見としてどのような傾向があるかを把握することは可能であるが,少数派の貴重な意見を発見することは困難である. そこで,本研究では,評価対象の商品,レビュー,レビューに出現する係り受け関係という3つの項目間の関係を考慮することで,商品の特色を表す少数派の意見が記述されたレビューを推薦する手法の提案を行う. |
| 抄録(英) | Recently, many online shops offer their service with the product reviews. Those shops allow customers to comment or rate products. There have been many studies to analyze reviews analyses to find customers' opinions in such comments. This is because those analyses are expected to give the shops some feedback necessary to promote the goods sales. However, the existing analysis methods based on text mining techniques usually focus on the occurrence number of words in reviews, which result in overlooking the minor but important opinions. Therefore, in this study, we propose a method to recommend reviews that describe characteristic minority opinions. In order to take account of such opinions, we utilized ternary relationships between merchandises, reviews and dependency relation. |
