Abstract(in English) Recent pervasion of mobile phones and tablet terminals yields not only the growing variety of applications communicating over the network, represented by video, chat and VoIP, but also the frequent use of applications by users. For network careers, it is required to provide such network which achieves satisfactory quality of these various applications. In this report, we propose a method to introduce network conditions required for satisfactory application quality, taking video and Web applications as examples.
