Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We compare the MVV-A system in terms of QoE by using three transmission and presentation methods in the same total bitrate. In this report, we use MVV-A system with 4 cameras, i.e., the system has 4 viewpoints. The three transmission and presentation methods are the 1 view-1 stream method, the 1 view-4 streams method and the 4 views-4 streams method. The 1 view-1 stream method transmits and displays only a viewpoint selected by a user with high bitrate. The 1 view-4 streams method transmits all the viewpoints with low bitrate and only displays a viewpoint selected by the user. The 4 views-4 streams method transmits and displays all the viewpoints with low bitrate. QoE is evaluated by subjective experiment with 11 adjective pairs. As a result, in the situation that the user can change the viewpoint quickly, the 1 view-1 stream method can satisfy the user. On the other hand, in the situation that the user can not change the viewpoint quickly, the user feels that the usability of the 4 views-4 streams method is good.
