Modeling of Resource Sharing among MVNOs

Abstract(in English) Mobile Virtual Network operators (MVNOs) are characterized as being mobile operators without their own infrastructure and government issued licenses. This paper proposes a resource sharing mechanism for MVNOs. Queueing theory is used to model the pattern that MVNOs serve their users. An Nash Bargaining Solution (NBS) based method is also introduced to solve the unfairness which occurs during the resource sharing process. Simulation results show the effectiveness of our proposal.
