Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Many trials of the nutrition evaluation using a picture have been reported. However, almost of them are evaluation of amount of nutrition, which based on estimation of calorie. These systems do not have enough accuracy in order to the influence of photography conditions, such as lighting, tableware, etc. On the other hand, the quality of not only the amount of these nutrition but ingestion nutrition should be evaluated. In this research, intake estimation of nutrients, such as vitamin, was tried using image processing. Furthermore, we evaluated the proposal technique by comparing the result of the estimation, by proposal algorithm and the estimation by dietitian.
