Abstract(in English) | We investigated microstructures of interface between Bi-2212 and BiOCl produced by an acid treatment process. In transmission electron microscope (TEM), step structure was observed in the lower part of a photoresist for samples dipping it into the dilute hydrochloric acid solution(pH=1.65) for 20min. Furthermore we found the c-axis and the [110] direction of BiOCl grains were almost parallel to the c axis and the [020] direction of the Bi-2212 crystal, respectively. |
