Abstract(in English) In current DC voltage standards, Shapiro steps across the zero bias current axis (Zero-crossing Shapiro steps) have been already used, and they are expected to be applied for high-precision D / A converters. We have studied asymmetric 2-junction SQUIDs generating a Zero-crossing Shapiro step. It is based on using their asymmetric critical current - magnetic field characteristics obtained. In this report, instead of on asymmetric 2-junction SQUID, large Josephson junctons with asymmetric critical current - magnetic field characteristics are employed for generating a Zero-crossing Shapiro step. We demonstrate Zero-crossing Shapiro steps using a Nb/AlO_x/Nb tunnel junction and a YBa_2Cu_3O_<7_δ> grain boundary junction.
