Abstract(in English) | Quantum current standard based on single electron devices has been researched all over the world. A SINIS turnstile is a single electron transistor whose leads are superconductor and island is normal metal. It is one of the promising candidates of the quantum current standard. Here we report results of single electron pumping by using a SINIS turnstile in a dilution refrigerator. |
