Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Location information is very beneficial in terms of goods management, effective routing method, and indoor or outdoor navigation system. GPS, which is the most popular localization method, has some problems. Since it needs a dedicated device, it requires high cost. Moreover, indoor localization accuracy with GPS is not good. In this study, we propose a localization method which utilizes Ad hoc network and can be used indoors. The problem of localization method utilizing wireless LAN access points is the incorrect nodes which supply wrong location information. It makes the localization accuracy of all nodes which belong to the network poor. Therefore, we introduce a detection method of incorrect nodes utilizing Vivaldi, and we try to improve localization accuracy.
