Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The ZigBee of interest in areas such as home ICT, uses the 2,4 GHz band. Because the wireless LAN is also using the same 2.4 GHz band, the interference between the ZigBee and the wireless LAN may occur. As the result, the performance of the ZigBee such as transmission success ratio and delay may be degraded. We have proposed the interference avoidance method that uses DIFS (Distributed IFS) longer than the aTurnaroundTime. The aTurnaroundTime used in ZigBee is the gap between Data and ACK frames. In this experiment, we demonstrate the interference avoidance method to show its effectiveness.
