Study of priority control methods based on the RRC state of the terminal in push messages delivery system to mobile terminals

Abstract(in English) The push communication which event notices is delivered anytime from service on the cloud to mobile terminals is watched according with expansion of smart phone on the IP network. We proposed scheduling methods according to the delay was made a transfer of the radio resource control state (RRC state) on the push server. So it is difficult to know the RRC state of mobile terminals definitely on the push server, it has some estimated errors. In this paper, we show the occurrence state of the delay by the RRC estimation error on scheduling methods of the push server.
