Abstract(in English) | We propose Optimizer using Swarm of Chaotic Dynamical Particles. One of well-known heuristic optimization method is Particle Swarm Optimization, PSO. In PSO, the particle follows dynamics that contains stochastic factors. This stochastic factors improve its performance of searching an optimal solution, however, they makes it difficult to theoretically analyze the behavior of particles. In this paper, we propose an optimization method using chaotic dynamics. This method denotes better performance than PSO without any stochastic terms. We compare the proposed method with PSO that contains stochastic elements and deterministic PSO models by some experimental results. As the results, our proposed method denoted better performance than PSO especially for multimodal functions. |
