Abstract(in English) In this paper, we proposed new model which has arranged by turns two templates from which connection of a cell is different. The relation of each cell of a cellular neural network is decided by the parameter called a template. Cellular neural network spatially uniform can not perform complex processing but implementation cost is cheap. When the edge detection, we may be used cellular neural network which is not spatially uniform in order to obtain a clearer results. However, the design method will become difficult and mounting cost will become high. Therefore, we applied cellular neural networks which mounting cost is comparatively cheap and conformation is easy to basic image processing applications. And we got good results even if it is not a complicated structure.
