Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This report studies output smoothing control of an electric power system with multiple homes using battery. Output smoothing control is a technique of regulating an output power of electric power system to the commercial grid and is expected to reduce an effect of fluctuating power resources to the commercial grid. In this report, we develop an algorithm for determining the output power of battery to realize the output smoothing. The effectiveness of the algorithm is demonstrated experimentally. Next, by deriving a mathematical model of transient responses of active power flows in the system, we investigate the relationship between average / variance of the output power of the system and the gain parameter of the algorithm. Also, the stability margin of the closed-loop system is investigated with the nyquist locus. Hence, a guideline for tuning the gain parameter is presented.
