| Abstract(in English) | Handy health-check system has been desired especially for recent high generation issue. One of our approaches is to realize compact breath sensing system by using optical waveguide gas-cell with cavity ring down spectroscopy. However, one of the issues is the propagation loss of waveguide which degrades the sensitivity. In this report, we propose optical amplifier assisted cavity ring down spectroscopy to compensate the waveguide propagation loss. |
