Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Molecular Orientation and morphology of copper phthalocyanine (CuPc) thin films deposited on a phosphonic acid SAM coated indium tin oxide (ITO) substrate were investigated. The perfluoro-n-octylphosphonic acid(FOPA) SAM on ITO substrate was thermally stable for heating treatment at 523K under a vacuum condition. On the FOPA-coated ITO, the growth of CuPc pillars with length of 100 nm to 1 μm was observed at 437K. The degree of parallel orientation of CuPc is increased on FOPA coated ITO, comparing with that on ITO.
