| Abstract(in English) | In June 2013, I proposed a new resource management model, considering the sway in the network service systems which include the cloud service systems with high mobility terminals and heavy traffic video services. To take over the last papers, I propose a new useful implementation approach of cooperation method, which combined a dynamic control and a static control, in ICT resource management. |
