Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Toward the realization of the entire optimization that eliminates the cost increase due to individual development of OSS(Operation Support System), from the viewpoint of data modeling information framework SID of the TM Forum (Shared Information and Data model), we have clarified technical challenges in implementing the concept of data communalization. We also have proposed the OSS data integration system using a virtual database technique as an implementation method of the data commonalization for OSS applications. Because it will involve variety of departments, quantitative technique for assessing the effect of development cost reduction caused by data commonalization prior to its implementation is required. In this paper, we suggest the functional size evaluation method which is based on the function point method, which is an international standard estimation method of software size, focusing on the size of the system development.
