Abstract(in English) | CMOS LSI has achieved exponential expansion to penetrate every corner of society. It has the potential to change human activities in near future. In accordance with the change from quantitative expansion to qualitative growth, research of VLSI circuits should change from solving problems described in the technology roadmap to creating the future society. |
