Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper evaluates in-band and out-of-band distortion noise power caused by non-linearity of an OFDM transmitter with multiple frequency bands by computer simulations. In addition, the effect of in-band and out-of-band distortion noise power reduction by using a clipping and filtering method is evaluated according to the number and frequency of used bands and filtering methods. The results of computer simulations show that out-of-band noise power can be reduced by 8.5dB with the optimized clipping level and filtering.
