Abstract(in English) | We propose a photodetector which consists of a metal stripe and Nb nano wire inside an optical fiber. In this device, electromagnetic energy is concentrated around the metal stripe and the energy can be efficiently absorbed inside the Nb nano wire. To perform electromagnetic simulation, we investigate the heat energy inside the nano wire due to the placement of the metal stripe. |
