Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In recent years, shopping refugees can buy supplies by utilizing Electronic Commerce (EC) sites. However, the many shopping refugees can not use the Internet because most of them are elderly, hence it is difficult for them to utilize the EC sites. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a new browser synchronization system that can support browser operation for the elderly shopping refugees by sharing a displayed contents. The proposed system leverages WebRTC technology that enables a real-time peer-to-peer communication. In order to clarify an effective- ness of leveraging the WebRTC in this system, we also report an evaluation result of communication performance between web browsers.
