Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) It is essential to achieve the efficient use of energy in a smart city in order to reduce the impact to environment and decrease the social costs associated with inefficient energy use. In addition, both power generation and demand should be controlled to maintain balance at all times to achieve power grid stability. Demand Response is a promising technology to ensure energy efficiency and power grid stability. In this paper, we will present our R&D activities on the power demand analysis and forecast technologies based on the building simulation and development of the international standard Open ADR compliant DRAS (Demand Response Automation Server).
