Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Advanced BEMSs with sensor and information technologies are becoming popular solutions for building energy efficiency. While sensing devices and information systems are incorporated into BEMS, applications for energy efficiency are still under research. Diversity of building properties is main reason of the difficulties of application developments. Now each researcher researches just a few buildings which they can access and the diversity makes it difficult to apply the result of the research to the other buildings. Researchers should access and research data of many buildings to solve this problem. There are several platforms and APIs to share building data. However they have problems to share building data smoothly. In this study, we tried to define the requirements of the system based on a marketing model and analyze the problems. We also proposed a method to fix the problems of one of the platforms.
