Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We applied the coupling factor of IEC62311 to the human exposure assessment of wireless power transfer for electric vehicles. By the result of the exposure assessment at 100 kHz with frequency scaled FDTD method, it was found that assessment using coupling factor allow about 10 times coil current compared with the assessment with the reference level of magnetic field. In addition, assessment using coupling factor became safety side than exposure assessment with realistic shaped human model. Therefore, the coupling factor of IEC 62311 is applicable to wireless power transfer device for electric vehicles used in this paper.
