Abstract(in English) To reduce the casualties of disaster such as fire or terrorism, we need the system that provides accurate information and performs emergency evacuation assistance to evacuees of disaster. The authors have been developing ERESS(Emergency Rescue Evacuation Support System) that automatically performs the evacuation guidance (without human intervention) to evacuees who were in the disaster site within one minute. This system instantaneously detects and specific disaster, and performs evacuation and induction to evacuees. Using a mobile terminal such as a smart phone, the terminal itself automatically share of peripheral information and analyze behavior of the terminal holder. It is known in the prior studies that analyzing evacuees evacuation behavior is possible automatically disaster occurrence detection. Even if the victim has fallen into a state of panic, it is possible to give information which is disaster occurrence to evacuees away from disaster site. Therefore, we focus on behavior analysis of the terminal holder, and propose an effective algorithm for automatic disaster detection with DFT analysis.
