| 抄録(和) | ITU-R SG4では、2007年のSG再編以来、固定衛星(FSS)、移動衛星(MSS)、放送衛星(BSS)、無線測位衛星(RNSS)の各業務を一元的に取り扱っている。衛星軌道や周波数リソースが逼迫する中、移動プラットフォーム向け (船舶、航空機)などの利用拡大が求められており、世界無線通信会議(WRC-15)へ向けた準備も含め、活発な議論が展開されている。本稿では、これらを含め、ITU-R SG4での標準化活動における最近のトピックスを紹介する。 |
| 抄録(英) | ITU-R Study Group 4 (SG4) has been responsible for standardization of all the satellite related services including Fixed Satellite Services(FSS), Mobile Satellite Services (MSS), Broadcasting Satellite Services(BSS) and Radio Navigation Satellite Services(RNSS) since the restructuring of ITU-R Study Groups in 2007. While the demand on communication services with mobile platform is being expanded, shortage of resources in geostationary orbit and spectrum for satellite communications is emerging. In this regards, hot discussions toward the preparation for WRC-15 are under way in several topics. In this paper, the progresses in preparatory works for WRC-15 and other standardization works are presented. |
