Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Field emission cathode was fabricated using the compound of carbon-nanotube and insulator. High field enhancement factor β can be obtained by using distributed carbon-nanotubes in the insulating material. At the result, lowest threshold field was about 1V/μm. The highest current density was the order of 10^2μA/cm^2.
