Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Due to their uniform pore size and high surface area, mesoporous iron oxides exhibit great potential for many applications such as catalysis, magnetic storage, sensors, adsorption and rechargeable lithium batteries. However, the need for templates and the associated high fabrication costs may limit their large-scale production. Here, we report preparation of mesoporous iron oxide which is simple, environmentally friendly and suitable for large-scale production.
