Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) SnS structures were deposited on glass substrates by the chemical bath deposition(CBD) method. We have investigated the growth of SnS thin films by changing the amount of ammonia, Triethanolamine and Thioacetamide at fixed amount of SnCl_2(H_20). X-ray diffraction shows that when increasing the amount of Thioacetamide, (011) reflection of SnS appeared. Scanning electron microscope indicated that the size of SnS particle increased with the amount of Triethanolamine. (011) and (201) reflections appeared in all samples, prepared in 100ml of solution containing 16ml of TA and 24ml of TEA with various amounts of ammonia.
