Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) [ABO_3(A=La, Ca, B=Fe, Mn) / REMO_3 (RE=La, Bi, M=Fe, Fe_<1-x>Mn_x)] super lattices are deposited by pulsed laser deposition method on SrTiO_3(100) substrates. The surfaces of all super lattices show the step-terraces structure. The presence of satellite peaks and Laue oscillation exhibits the synthesis of superstructure and good quality of those super lattices. The narrowest full-width at half-maximum of the rocking curve is 0.0572°. From the measurements and results of sheet resistance, hall resistance, calculated carrier density, and mobility, in particular carrier density dramatically decreases at the temperature where gap energy changes in sheet resistance. It is expected that the antiferromagnetic ordering of CaMnO_3 and/or magnetic interaction at the interface is strongly related. The [CaFeO_x/BiFe_<1-x>Mn_xO_3] super lattice shows weak-ferromagnetic property with the magnetic moment of 0.055μ_B per magnetic ions at room temperature, which is 4~5 times higher than that of bulk value.
