| Abstract(in English) | It is very important for patients with Higher Brain Dysfunctions to cooking rehabilitation alone after back home. Because of it, previous study has proposed the multimedia recipe that is easier to understand than paper recipes. The validity of the system was proved by the experiment for the patient under hospitalization. However it has been necessary to help of the occupational therapists as for the risky action and the wrong cooking process. After leaving hospital, it is assumed that there is much times that patient to be alone. So generally speaking, the patients are needed to be helped by someone in remote. We have made a proposal of a system to avoid cooking accidents. We report that it has examined parameter and the evaluation methods. |
