Study on Learning Order of Cooking Ingredients

Abstract(in English) Cooking repertories can expand by gathering experience with both cooking methods and its ingredients. In this study, we rank learning order of cooking efficiently in each ingredient using the large amounts of recipes posted in COOKPAD. To calculate ingredient occurrence probability in each cooking, we analyze ingredient with in appearing recipes using Labeled LDA. Ingredients occurrence probability in each cooking are normalized in each ingredient. We report a result that cooking in each ingredient are ranked by probability value.
